It is very necessary for a Defence candidate to keep body and mind fit. It is said that in a healthy body lives a healthy mind. Therefore we all must endeavor to pursue some sporting interest in our lives. We have a large number of choices in our lives. So of them are as follows:
- Kabaddi These sports are easy to play and learn and no not need costly equipment. Every youngster must go out for some time regularly and learn to play. It keeps the body fit, builds great amount of energy in body, and helps to develop a fit mind. All these are very essential for success in life. If we look at the defence officers also, most of them play a large number of games in life. It build teamwork and helps to build a bond between officers and soldiers.
- Cycling These sports items may need some expense on equipment. So, follow them if you can afford them. Ultimately choice is all yours. Therefore, study hard, play hard and succeed in life.
